- 订单在运输过程中丢失，实际运输时间超过了订单的一般运输时间框架。
如果交付给您的商品符合上述任一标准，请按照以下步骤向我们的客户服务部门提出请求:
- 您必须在内提交退货请求 14 工作日 在您收到货物后。
- 之后 14 工作日, 不接受任何退货。另外，如果商品在提交请求之前退回，这些商品将被没收。
